Plot Summary: In order to finally catch and get revenge on Castor Troy (Cage), the man who murdered his son, Sean Archer (Travolta) has to go to great lengths. Archer actually takes on the physical appearance of Troy, in order to get information from his partners. Things go badly, however, when Troy decides to take over Archer's identity.

• Con Air - another great action movie starring Nicolas Cage. As with Face/Off, the characters are three-dimensional, and the acting is strong.

That Character Looks Familiar...

• In the role of Jamie Archer, Face/Off was Dominique Swain's first movie. Since then, she has starred in a few other movies. Her most popular role was in the film Lolita, where she played the object of Jeremy Iron's affection.

John Travolta Travolta is probably one of the sexiest men alive. Even back when he was Danny in Grease or Vinnie Barbarino, his star quality was evident. In addition to Face/Off, he has been in a number of great movies recently. Two of his best movies are Michael and Phenomenon. Look for Standing Room Only and Numbers, which will be coming out in the next year.

Why you'll love him: I guess you'll only love him about half the time in this movie, as he's not quite loveable when he portrays Castor Troy! As Sean Archer, he is great. The pain that he feel regarding his son is touching, as is the way he cares for Sasha's son.
