Plot Summary: After finding out that her husband is having an affair with her best friend, Birdee Pruitt (Bullock) moves back to her home town to live with her mother. There, the ex-homecoming queen must deal with finding a job, finding her place in the small town, and finding love. She must also deal with her daughter (Whitman), who is upset over the divorce of her parents.

Where you've seen him: Although primarily a singer, Harry Connick Jr. has found the time to star in several films. Among others, he has appeared in Little Man Tate, Copycat, Memphis Belle, and Independence Day. Those of you with keen ears might have recognized him as the voice of Dean McCoppin in The Iron Giant.

Why you'll love him: Justin Matisse is honest and caring. He's not afraid to wear his heart on his sleeve. Also, his relationship with Birdee's nephew, Travis, is very sweet.
